Rajbir has deep expertise in Customer Centricity and Innovation and is an IBM certified consultant

Prior to starting Value Centria, he had helped establish Business and IT Consulting practices at IBM and at HCL Technologies. At IBM, he was head of Business Consulting Group’s South and West India business. At HCL Technologies, he was Global head of Customer Centric Consulting Services and Solutions Group. He has consulted with Fortune 500 customers . Rajbir has studied at IIT Delhi (B.Tech) and at IIM Bangalore (PGDBM). He is currently pursuing PhD from IIT Delhi. His topic of research is “Emerging Business Strategies in the Digital Economy”. Rajbir has been recognized for innovation by many organisations. Rajbir was the winner of the first Innovation award at HCL Technologies. Forrester recognized their thought leadership in Customer Experience and named them in their white paper as one of the top 3 global vendors. He has also been recognized by Pega and SAP for innovative solutions. Rajbir also mentors startups and have been instrumental in setting up joint mentoring program at IIT Delhi along with IIM Bangalore. He is also member of CII Startup Council.
